Over the last few years, I’ve noticed some changes in my memory…forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating happening fairly regularly. I’ve always contributed it to aging and other changes in my life. In fact, stress was the culprit. Stress also played a huge part in poor sleep which didn’t help either. It’s not always possible to remove stress from your life entirely but there are some ways to reduce it…exercise, eating healthy, and being mindful, just to name a few. If you have concerns, speak to a medical professional to be sure stress is your issue and not other underlying health conditions. The best health care plan is a self-care plan!

This free gift list printable will be a necessity for each gift giving holiday…birthdays, Christmas, Easter…whatever special occasion you choose! Last month I was cleaning out the closet and found a mystery bag, neatly wrapped like it held the most beloved item in the world. When I opened it, lo and behold, it held Christmas gifts. Gifts I vaguely remember buying approximately 4 years ago. Gifts I had neatly tucked away so I would know exactly where to find them. But, in typical fashion, I forgot all about the bag and the gifts. Well, there’s always this year! 😂
