These bookmarks are designed to print double-sided (duplex printing). You’ll typically find this option within the printer settings of your software. Please note, some printers may require specific settings or software drivers to enable duplex printing. If you have issues, check your printer’s documentation or manufacturer’s website for troubleshooting tips. As a “work around”, if your printer does not have duplex printing, another option is to print page 1, flip the paper, and print page 2 on the opposite side. How to print using duplex settings (a general outline).
1. Open your PDF in your chosen software (ex. Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, etc.). Then, go to “File” and “Print” or press Ctrl+P/Cmd+P.
2. In the print dialogue box, look for options like “Print on both sides“, “Two-sided“, “Duplex“, or “Flip on long edge” or “Flip on short edge“. These terms may vary slightly depending on your software and printer.
3. Choose your desired double-sided printing method (ex. flip on long edge for standard printing, flip on short edge for booklets) and select your printer
4. Click “Print” to begin the double-sided printing process.
