A new year is upon us once again! For me, 2022 has given new meaning to the term “time flies”. It was a difficult and challenging year but life is tough and so am I. Hopefully, this year will bring us all everything we ever dreamed of!<\/p>\n

So…do you believe in new year’s resolutions? I sadly admit that any resolutions made at the beginning of last year were abandoned by February. But, why do we only make resolutions at the beginning of the year? No matter how good my intentions may be, I don’t enjoy the added stress of trying to make big lifestyle changes or the disappointment that follows when I fail. Making reasonable resolutions throughout the entire year may increase the likelihood we follow through and succeed! What are your thoughts?<\/p>\n
