Refund and Returns Policy

General Information

Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please remember, we are not responsible for any parcels or items that are lost or damaged in transit. To keep shipping costs low, tracking is not provided. Once your package ships and is in the hands of the carrier, you may experience delays or customs hold. This is beyond our control.

For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
~ Custom or personalized orders
~ Digital downloads

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
~ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
~ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds & Returns

Defective & Damaged Merchandise

We will happily accept returns via refund, store credit or exchanges on defective merchandise and/or will reimburse you 100% of the item cost and shipping. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 10 days of delivery. You should expect to receive your refund or store credit, if applicable, within four weeks. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

For defective and damaged merchandise, Canada Post MUST be used for return shipping. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if other services are used.

If your order arrived damaged, please keep damaged shipping box in case we need to file a Canada Post claim. We may ask for pictures of the damaged item and shipping box to forward to the manufacturer and/or shipping carrier.

Please note, if the buyer can not provide confirmation an item has been returned to us, we are unable to provide a store credit, exchange or refund.

Returns & Cancellations

For any returns and cancellations, there is a 20% restocking & order processing fee due to inventory management. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be certain of your selections before making payment. The product returned must be new and unopened.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be emailed to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Gift Returns

If an order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via postal mail or email.

If an order was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver or buyer on file.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is typically a processing time which is determined by your financial institution.

Sale items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

LoveLee Ink will happily accept returns for exchange on defective or damaged merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost and shipping. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 10 days of delivery.

An exchanged item will not be sent to the buyer until the original item has been returned and received by us. You should expect to receive your exchange within six weeks. This includes the transit time for us to receive and process your return once we receive it. Please note, shipping times are an estimate only and may vary depending on location and any shipping carrier delays or customs hold.
