Are you eco-friendly?

I try to be as eco-friendly as possible. Using local suppliers, all natural, recycled and biodegradable products wherever possible, while still keeping costs down.

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! Depending on the time of year and how busy I may be, custom orders may take a little longer. Email me at lee[@] to discuss your custom order.

What about wholesale?

Depends! Recently, I began selling products I use and absolutely love on my site. If you are interested in purchasing these items for wholesale, send me an email at lee[@] for more information.

Can I link to your website?

Absolutely! In fact, I don’t think anyone can ever stop you from linking to it. So link away!

Even though you don’t have to ask permission to link to me, please let me know you’ve posted about me. I love discovering new sites, so don’t be shy!

Can I use an image from your website?

Sure! As long as you follow these few simple rules:
~ use one image (copy and save on your webserver)
~ give me credit for the image
~ link to my post and/or blog
~ you write your own post (don’t copy and paste mine)

If you are not doing all four of those things, please check with me first. And even if you do the above, I reserve my right to ask you to remove my image. Oh…and an email letting me know you used my image would be awesome!

Can I re-post your post?

No way! You can link to me as often as you like, but don’t steal the posts off my website and re-post them on yours. Trying to pass my work off as your own is wrong…and so not cool!

Can I submit an idea?

We’d love to see your stuff! Just remember that any ideas submitted or collected on this site are considered non-confidential and anyone and everyone can see it. For more details, check out our Terms & Conditions.

What about returns?

We will happily accept returns via refund, store credit or exchanges on defective merchandise and/or will reimburse you 100% of the item cost and shipping. Just contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 10 days of delivery. You should expect to receive your refund or store credit, if applicable, within four weeks. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

For defective and damaged merchandise, Canada Post MUST be used for return shipping. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if other services are used.

For any returns and cancellations, there is a 20% restocking & order processing fee due to inventory management. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be certain of your selections before making payment. The product returned must be new and unopened.

For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.

Please remember, we are not responsible for any parcels or items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Yes, your personal information is completely safe! We will never, ever disclose, distribute, sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party. Any information collected is solely for our own use and is used to provide you information regarding products and services.
