Is it just me or does it seem like one day you’re wearing shorts and sandals, the next you’re taking out the boots and sweaters?! Sunshine, longer days, and warm weather is always appreciated and enjoyed…but there is nothing like the feeling of fall. Crisp air, walking through fallen leaves, and the beautiful autumn colors always give that fall vibe of a fresh start. I’ve recently read that experts say we can maximize the mental health benefits of the fall season by spending time in nature, setting goals, and prioritizing favorite activities. Sign me up! 🙂Â

The October free printable calendar features a photo taken late October 2021 in St. John’s, NL, Canada…in the front yard to be exact! This burning bush has leaves that turn a vibrant, bright red in the fall and certainly catches your eye. The changing color is something I look forward to every year. It never gets old and is absolutely breathtaking! Pictures simply don’t capture the beauty!  Â
