Over the last few years, I’ve noticed some changes in my memory…forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating happening fairly regularly. I’ve always contributed it to aging and other changes in my life. In fact, stress was the culprit. Stress also played a huge part in poor sleep which didn’t help either. It’s not always possible to remove stress from your life entirely but there are some ways to reduce it…exercise, eating healthy, and being mindful, just to name a few. If you have concerns, speak to a medical professional to be sure stress is your issue and not other underlying health conditions. The best health care plan is a self-care plan!
