You feel good because you believe good happens to you. This is not to say you don’t struggle, we all do, but you don’t dwell on the negative. When focus is placed on finding opportunities or solutions, that’s exactly the results. With a positive attitude, you see problems for what they are, find solutions, and fix them. The more appreciation and focus placed on the positive, the happier life will be.
